Cousin Frankie's USA Grill is the creation of Frank Blasi, chef/owner, who has been cooking for over 25 years. Frank, known to his family and friends as Cousin Frankie, was born and raised in Port Chester. He started his career in cooking at the age of 13, and he's still behind the stove doing what he loves. He has worked in Corp Dining and has been an Executive Banquet Chef for the past 15 years.

Mount Rushmore

Frankie is of Italian descent and his wife is Cuban. He also enjoys these styles of cooking, and if you ask for a special dish, he will be more than glad to prepare it for you.

But don't get us wrong - His truck's a Ford and his bike is a Harley.

Cousin Frankie's USA Grill is a place for people to have a good time and good food in an All-American atmosphere that makes you feel like family.
